As part of o1Labs’ commitment to open communication with the Mina community, we are sharing information about o1Labs’ MINA Treasury. Here is a list of our MINA wallets and the MINA balance which are used for the delegation program. As of July 31, 2025, the total in the wallets was roughly 58.2 million MINA.

In addition to operating the delegation program, one of our new core responsibilities, following the transition from Mina Foundation, is to operate the grant program for the next approximately 12 months, until the decentralized treasury is established. We have received both USD and MINA funding from Mina Foundation to run the grants program during this time. Approximately 7 million MINA from Mina Foundation is also included in delegation program wallets, and we expect to receive an additional 7 million MINA in January. We’re committed to responsibly deploying this capital in support of the Mina ecosystem.

Ecosystem Grants

Over the past few months, one of o1Labs’ focuses has been on transferring the grant program from Mina Foundation to o1Labs, including team member handovers, kicking off discussions with ecosystem contributors, and defining what the o1Labs grants program will look like going forward. As a result of these initial conversations with project teams, o1Labs is committing grant funding to support a variety of initiatives–including support on the partially completed bi-directional Mina <> ETH state bridge, upgraded libraries for zkApps to interact with wallets, work on private credential integrations, multi-chain rollup architecture, zk-based games, and more. Further details about the grants and teams working on these projects will be shared in the coming months.

Delegation Program

o1Labs is working with the Mina Foundation on handing over certain aspects of the delegation program. There are no changes planned for the upcoming cycle. In the meantime, o1Labs is working to gather input and understand pain points, to determine if changes are needed so the program(s) can better serve the community.
