Today is not an easy day for our team. We all know that change can be tough, but it does open the door for new opportunities for everyone on the team and as a company. With that, it is with mixed emotions that I share that Emre Tekisalp has decided to embark on a new chapter in his journey. In his place, I have been newly appointed as CEO of o1Labs. I am excited and honored for the opportunity and look forward to working with all of you in this new capacity.

First and foremost, I want to express our deepest gratitude to Emre. His unwavering dedication, visionary leadership, and countless contributions have played a pivotal role in shaping the success of o1Labs and the Mina Protocol. Although I am saddened to see him leave o1Labs, I am excited to see what he will achieve in the future for our industry, and I extend my sincere thanks for the collaboration and achievements we’ve shared. As we bid farewell to Emre, we also welcome the opportunity for growth and evolution.
As we enter this new chapter, I want to emphasize that this leadership change does not alter our mission to catalyze a new generation of applications powered by zero knowledge cryptography. It does not change commitments to our loyal partners, valued investors, and the Mina community.
As someone who has been at o1Labs from the very beginning, I am honored by the opportunity and confident that we have the strategy, team, and expertise to move forward successfully. Thank you to all of you who have supported our journey so far, and thank you for your continued trust. As we turn the page to a new chapter, let us do so with gratitude for the past and optimism for the future.
